🌷 Spring Clean-Up Day: Let’s Work Together on April 12th! 🌿
It’s that time of year again! Join us at the White River Fishing and Game Club on Saturday, April 12th for our annual Spring Clean-Up Day. Let’s roll up our sleeves, tidy up the club, and help out our neighbors!
Here’s the plan for the day:
🧹 Clean-Up and Repairs – Starting at 9:00 AM, we’ll work together to identify and tackle what needs to be cleaned, fixed, or improved. If anyone needs a hand with their lot, we’ll lend our support to make sure everyone’s ready for the season ahead.
🍴 Pitch-In Dinner – After a productive day, let’s come together for a delicious meal at 6:00 PM. The club will provide the main dish, and we’re asking everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share.
🎲 Bingo Fun – Following dinner, the Bingo cards come out! Enjoy a fun evening of games and laughter with friends and family.
🍹 BYO Drinks – Don’t forget to bring your favorite beverages to keep the good times flowing all day long.
This is a wonderful opportunity to pitch in, connect with fellow members, and make a positive impact on our club and community.

Membership Payments Due
Everyone can begin paying their 2025 membership dues on November 13, 2024. Remember if you do not have your dues paid by January 1, 2025, you could lose your lot. The drop-dead date for completing payment is on December 11th and the Treasurer will be available to take payment from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
**All lot owners must be a member.
2025 Board Nominations
Nominations for people to serve on the 2025 Board are due on November 13, 2024. We will have our normal Board and Member Meeting at this time as well.
Chili & Soup Contest
Get ready to bring the heat (and the flavor!) to the White River Fishing and Game Club’s Chili and Soup Contest! Whether you’re a master of the ladle or just a fan of delicious homemade food, this is the event for you.
We’ll have more than just tasty eats—join us for card games and bingo throughout the evening! It’s a chance to hang out with fellow members, enjoy some friendly competition, and fill your belly with some of the best chili and soup around.

Don’t miss out on all the fun this Saturday at the Kid's Hayride! The festivities kick off at on October 26th at 5 PM, and it's going to be a blast! We’ve got a Pumpkin Decorating Contest, loads of Trick or Treating, and an epic Costume Contest where the coolest costumes will win prizes! 🍬🎃👻
