January 2025 Member Meeting Minutes
CALLED TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by President Stephanie Jenkins at 7:35pm. There were 5 members present. The pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all sick, passed, and always remember our military.
President requests a report be given from November and December minutes to be given:
Andy Haddix read the minutes.
President asked for a report to be gave a report from Junuary Board meeting.
Andy Haddix gave a report.
Just a friendly reminder, that if you don’t keep your lot mowed and cleaned there is a $40.00 mowing & cleaning fee that will be added to your lot rent.
OLD BUSINESS:
Erik Applewhite is getting estimate on raising the shelter house.
Getting signs made for the entrance gate and the new land from the river, saying members only.
Asking for lights be put on the back door going into the mail room.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business
Dates to Remember:
February 22nd: Bingo and Euchre With soup and Chili contest At 5pm
March 15th: Bingo and Euchre with a pitch-in finger food starting at 6pm.
March 29th: Texas Hold-om poker tournament. $20.00 buy-in and $5.00 high hand. Starting at 5pm.
April 5th: Golf outing information’s coming
April 12th: Spring Clean up. After at 6pm. Dinner pitch-in club providing the meat you bring a dish with Bingo after.
May 10th: Texas Hold-om Poker tournament at 6pm
May 24th: Corn-hole tournament at 1pm , $20.00 entry, teams will be computer picked. Dinner pitch-in club providing the meat you bring a dish with Bingo after
June 14th: Golf outing information coming
July 5th: River sand bar party. Looking at cooking a HOG and fun and games in the river.
August 2nd: Back to school party for the kids. Starting at 1pm
September 13th: Golf outing Information coming
October 18th: Adult Halloween Party 6pm. Dinner starts at 6:30 club providing the meat bring a dish
October 25th: Hay Ride for the Kids
November 8th: Left, right, center and Bingo with soup and chili contest. Starting at 6pm.
