March Member’s Meeting Minutes
CALLED TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by President Barb Applewhite at 7:35pm. There were 7 members present. The pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all sick, passed, and always remember our military.
President requests a report be given from January minutes to be given:

Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed ( grass or weeds no longer then 5 inches) there is a $40.00 mowing fee that will be added to your lot rent.
OLD BUSINESS:
Erik got an estimate on raising the shelter house of $250.00 to $350.00 just for parts , labor is being done on work day April 12th .
Stephanie had a Sign for the entry way to the campers. Looking at getting some foe the river.
Nick had the conversation club members come to the members meeting and gave the information help doing a fish fry as a fundraiser.
We would need 8 to 10 people from 4pm to 10pm and the funds would be 10% to 20% of total sales.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new Business
Monty Siefker gave a price of $4,000 to do approximately 1450 sq. ft. of painted concrete in the hall and kitchen. Refinish with an Armor seal two part epoxy floor paint. They will scrub clean the floor to remove impurities. Then sand the floor to rough up the existing coating, so the new paint will adhere. They will put a thick coat of paint on the floor. Time frame is one week.
Andy made a motion to have the club and kitchen floors redone for $4,000, second by Dale Jenkins , all approved.
Dates we have open for doing the floor is March 31st to April 5th OR April 21st to the 26th.
Looking into getting an suggestion box at the club and or on the web page.

March 29th Hold-om poker tournament $20.00 buy-in and $5.00 high hand. Starting at 5pm.
April 5th Golf outing information’s coming
April 12th Spring Clean up. After at 6pm. Dinner pitch-in club providing the meat you bring a dish with Bingo after.
May 10th Hold-om Poker tournament at 6pm
May 24th Corn-hole tournament at 1pm , $20.00 entry, teams will be computer picked. Dinner pitch-in club providing the meat you bring a dish with Bingo after
June 14th Golf outing information’s coming
July 5th River sand bar party. Looking at cooking a HOG and fun and games in the river.
August 2nd Back to school party for the kids. Starting at 1pm

Oct. 18th Adult Halloween Party 6pm. Dinner starts at 6:30 club providing the meat bring a dish
Oct 25th Hay Ride for the Kids
Nov. 8th Left, right, center & Bingo with soup and chili contest. Starting at 6pm.
Dec. 13th breakfast with Santa 9am to 11am
