April 2025 Members Meeting Minutes
CALLED TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by President Barb Applewhite at 7:40pm. There were 7 members present. The pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all sick, passed, and always remember our military.
President requests a report be given from January minutes to be given:
Andy Haddix read the minutes.
President asked for the treasurer report from January meeting to be given:

President asked for a report to be gave a report from February Board meeting.

Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed ( grass or weeds no longer than 6 inches) there is a $40.00 mowing fee that will be added to your lot rent.
OLD BUSINESS:
The date for the floor to is April 21st thru the 26th.
Erik & Andy are meeting up Saturday March 29th to get the cost on the raising of the shelter house . labor is being done on work day April 12th .
Stephanie had a Sign for the entry way to the campers. Looking at getting some for the river.
Nick had the conversation club members come to the members meeting and gave the information help doing a fish fry as a fundraiser. We would need 8 to 10 people from 4pm to 10pm. and the funds would be 10% to 20% of total sales.
NEW BUSINESS:
Looking into getting an suggestion box at the club or on the web page.
Went over the work day on things that need fixed or repaired.
Entrance gate needs fixed.
Playground equipment needs a look over for repairs and safety.
Power wash the gutters on the club house
Melissa getting new curtains for the club house.
Raise the shelter house.
Clean the porty potty restrooms.
